After making sure everyone is okay, I recommend that all sailors maintain eye contact with each other at all times and follow three steps: (1) swim to the mast to prevent the mast from sinking (2) uncleat all lines, secure the spinnaker, extend the centerboard (3) make sure your crew is inside the boat before attempting to right it.
